Google's Gmail spam filter

I use GMAIL as my personal email and am pretty happy with the service.......well actually I really dig it so I guess that is more then pretty happy but for whatever the reason I have been barraged in the last 4 days with at least 30 or so email labeled "re: Picts" from all sorts of different people offering me sexual favors etc.

These are the only email not getting caught in the spam filter (a very good filter I may add) and I wonder what the deal is. It is clearly spam but it is written in poor english....maybe that is the secret to getting stuff through the filter.
